Cooking Live with Lyric- Bourbon Berry French Toast

So this is my first recipe I am sharing and I must say that I put ALOT of pressure on myself. I finally got myself together and landed on something super simple but a universal crowd pleaser. I picked something that I was craving and since the quarantine has us all on lock down, I wanted to bring brunch vibes to my kitchen.

French toast is one of those things that can be a hit or miss. Either it’s too mushy and eggy or its literally like regular toast with little to no flavor or texture. I like to think that this is one of the easiest and tastiest French toast recipes that ANYONE CAN MAKE!  To amp up the French toast to feel like restaurant quality, I make a bourbon berry syrup that takes this recipe to the NEXT LEVEL!
