Cooking Live with Lyric: Pepperoni Pizza Rolls

During the recent chronicles of our “shelter in place” stay-at- home order, I have found myself getting even more creative in the kitchen; creating dishes based on what’s in the fridge versus being wasteful.

I also would like to think that there is a kid in all of us and at this point of the quarantine, we all want to have a bit more fun in the kitchen if we can.

This pepperoni pizza roll recipe was something I came up with after craving pizza and cinnamon rolls at the same time. I know it sounds weird but keep reading. I love the shape of cinnamon rolls so thought that it would be cool if I made pizza using a similar process used for rolling the dough for a cinnamon roll.

I honestly feel that anyone can make this recipe. It is super simple and a fun activity that can be done with the entire family. It’s less than 10 ingredients; all of which are pretty inexpensive to purchase and can be customized/ substituted with whatever you have.
